If you keep getting the message when trying to get into a server but you can log in into MP with no issues, just verify the game cache right click on the game in ur library I have updated the game cache but no result.

Finally got it to work with some port forwarding. Tedious, arbitrary, port forwarding more specifically, finding out what ports BC's full retail steam version uses.

Actually i just port forwarded two and set all the rest BC2 needs to run to port trigger not about to give up three good forward slots to a single game. The tradeoff seems to be some hit and miss with the server listings now, but at least I can play the game. Or get spawnsniped 9 times like my last game. That's good too. Just to clarify do you have any issues with playing other games online or encounter drop in connections every so often? Have you tried port forwarding? What about AV? Other then that, all i can think of is lousy servers either EA or whatever.
